SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Follow these shipping instructions to insure your equipment is returned in a safe, undamaged condition.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Write RMA number on ALL documentation and boxes.
2. Use the original shipping container and packaging, if possible. If the original container and packaging is not available, make sure the box has at least 2” of clearance on all sides of product.
3. Use “bubble-wrap” type packaging material to cover all sides of the returning product.
4. Make sure all corners of the product are secure, supported and covered.
5. Use wide shipping tape to secure bubble-wrap. Insure that no part of the product is exposed to possible damage.
6. Ensure ALL loose materials are secured or wrapped separately before shipping.
7. Place 2” – 3” of “styrofoam peanuts” in the bottom of the box. Place the bubble-wrapped product on top of the peanuts. Fill the container, sides and top with additional peanuts. Insure the box will close tightly and securely and the product will not shift during shipment.
8. Tape the box with wide packaging tape.
9. Use the following type of labels for goods not returned in original container and packaging:
- Direction of Box – Fragile – Handle with Care
- Electronic Material – Don’t Crush – Don’t Drop
10. Failure to follow the above instructions may result in product damage, possible delays, and a void of warranty repair.
